If you got salary, contract pay, or regular deposits that month, the decline can be correct for that month. Later months can still approve once you have no income.

I did NOT receive income (it’s wrong)

This usually means a deposit/record was matched to you for that month — even if it wasn’t actually income. If you qualify, appeal the affected month.
